About the event
World Beach Day, also known as National Beach Day, is a global initiative celebrated annually on September 1st. It focuses on recognizing the importance of beaches as vital ecosystems, cultural landmarks, and recreational spaces. The day encourages appreciation for beaches and promotes their protection and responsible use. We will focus on preventing discarded toys from entering the ocean.
